对蒙古口蘑菌丝体不同条件的培养进行了初步研究。结果表明,蒙古口蘑菌丝体在室温暗光培养,pH6.0~7.0时生长最好,最适pH值为pH6.0。

The culture conditions of mycelium of Tricholoma mongolicum was primary studied. The results showed that the mycelium of Tricholoma mongolicum grew best at room temperature and dark light condition. The growth rang of pH was between pH 6.0 and pH 7.0 whereas the optimal pH was determined to be 6.0 .
