本文探讨片段弓矫治技术在前牙外伤中的应用效果。利用方丝弓矫治器对上前牙外伤68例患者（共89颗外伤牙，其中29颗松动Ⅱ度，51颗松动Ⅲ度，9颗完全脱位）进行复位、固定，并在治疗结束后半年、一年进行随诊观察。一年后固定成功率达到90％以上，患牙及颌骨复位精确，咬合关系恢复良好，并发症少。应用片段弓矫治技术治疗前牙外伤可获得良好的疗效，该技术安全可靠。
본문탐토편단궁교치기술재전아외상중적응용효과。이용방사궁교치기대상전아외상68례환자（공89과외상아，기중29과송동Ⅱ도，51과송동Ⅲ도，9과완전탈위）진행복위、고정，병재치료결속후반년、일년진행수진관찰。일년후고정성공솔체도90％이상，환아급합골복위정학，교합관계회복량호，병발증소。응용편단궁교치기술치료전아외상가획득량호적료효，해기술안전가고。
To evaluate the clinical effect of Edgewise segmental arch in anterior tooth fixation .68 patients with 89 traumatic anterior teeth were treated ,using Edgewise segmental arch to fix these teeth .Follow-up and observations on these cases have been carried out respectively after half a year as well as a whole year .With Edgewise segmental arch technique to fix the anterior teeth ,proper alignments of the impacted teeth and jaws had both been achieved ;the standard occlusion relationship has been regained and few complications observed ,in a word ,90% of the cases have the impacted teeth fixed successfully .Edgewise segmental arch is reliable and effective for tooth fixing .
