Treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer has been controversial .The advantage to choose different treatment options remains to be refined and confirmed ,in order to realize the"individual treatment"concept .Development of new drugs brings us more choices ,however ,because of economic conditions limited ,we need to think more clinical problems calmly .I believe that continuous attempts and efforts will acquire further breakthrough .
