首先对GSM网络的无线利用率指标展开论述,包括其定义、性能指标的取值分析,并针对该项指标中的不利因素提出整改思路;其次,作为无线网络优化的一个重要指标,无线利用率受多方面因素的影响,这些因素的共同作用也给无线利用率的分析带来更大的复杂性,为此对无线利用率问题进行详细讨论;在此基础上,最后提出了拆闲补忙的优化思路。

In this paper, wireless utilization of GSM network is discussed, including its concept and performance metrics. According to the adverse factors in wireless utilization, the improvement idea is proposed. As an important metric of wireless network optimization, wireless utilization can be affected by many factors of which coactions complicate the analysis of wireless optimization. Therefore, wireless utilization should be discussed in detail. Finally, the optimization thought of reducing idle cells to compensate the busy cells is presented.
