目的：探讨婴儿人巨细胞病毒（HCM V ）肝炎的细胞免疫功能变化及临床意义，提高 HCM V感染的诊疗水平。方法采用三色流式细胞术检测40例HCM V症状性感染患儿，23例潜伏性感染患儿，外周血T细胞亚群细胞含量，SPSS 16．0软件进行相关数据分析。结果症状性感染组CD3＋、CD4＋及CD4＋/CD8＋明显低于潜伏组（ P＜0．05），CD8＋细胞2组差异无统计学意义。症状性感染组治疗后CD3＋、CD4＋及CD4＋/CD8＋较治疗前明显升高（ P ＜0．05）。结论婴儿HCMV肝炎外周血T细胞亚群改变，提示机体免疫功能低下。抗病毒治疗可抑制病毒复制，在一定程度上恢复细胞免疫功能。检测T细胞亚群的改变，可以了解 HCM V感染婴儿的免疫功能状态，有助于提高该病的诊疗水平及进一步研究 HCM V感染和机体抗病毒之间的关系。
목적：탐토영인인거세포병독（HCM V ）간염적세포면역공능변화급림상의의，제고 HCM V감염적진료수평。방법채용삼색류식세포술검측40례HCM V증상성감염환인，23례잠복성감염환인，외주혈T세포아군세포함량，SPSS 16．0연건진행상관수거분석。결과증상성감염조CD3＋、CD4＋급CD4＋/CD8＋명현저우잠복조（ P＜0．05），CD8＋세포2조차이무통계학의의。증상성감염조치료후CD3＋、CD4＋급CD4＋/CD8＋교치료전명현승고（ P ＜0．05）。결론영인HCMV간염외주혈T세포아군개변，제시궤체면역공능저하。항병독치료가억제병독복제，재일정정도상회복세포면역공능。검측T세포아군적개변，가이료해 HCM V감염영인적면역공능상태，유조우제고해병적진료수평급진일보연구 HCM V감염화궤체항병독지간적관계。
Objective To observe the changes of immune function and its clinical significance of infant cyto-megalovirus(HCMV) hepatitis ,and to improve diagnosis and treatment of HCMV .Methods Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of 40 symptomatic infected children (case group) and 23 latent infected children (control group) were detected by three-color flow cytometer .The SPSS 16 .0 was used for statistical analysis.Results CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD4+ /CD8+ of case group were significantly decreased compared with those in control group ( P <0 .05) .The percentage of CD8+ cells did not exhibit notable change .Contrast to the results after antiviral treatment ,the percentage of CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD4+ /CD8+ elevated significantly in symptomatic infected group . Conclusion HCMV hepatitis would decrease the normal function of cell immune system .Antiviral therapy inhib-its viral replication ,which can restore immune function in certain extent .Detecting the changes of T lymphocyte subsets helps to understand the immune state of the HCM V infected children .It can improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease and help to further study the relationship between HCMV infection and the body′s antivi-ral reaction.
