益生菌是一类与宿主互利共生、有利于宿主健康的肠道生理细菌,其增殖因子的开发也越来越多,因此增殖效果的检验方法显得十分重要。本文综述了双歧杆菌、乳杆菌等益生菌的增殖因子及其检测方法,为增殖因子的开发研究和科学的增殖效果检验方法的建立提供参考。
益生菌是一類與宿主互利共生、有利于宿主健康的腸道生理細菌,其增殖因子的開髮也越來越多,因此增殖效果的檢驗方法顯得十分重要。本文綜述瞭雙歧桿菌、乳桿菌等益生菌的增殖因子及其檢測方法,為增殖因子的開髮研究和科學的增殖效果檢驗方法的建立提供參攷。

Probiotics is intestinal physiological bacteria which is symbiotic relationship with the host and is conducive to the host intestinal physiology of the healthy bacteria. More and more proliferation factors are also deveioped now. So the test methods of proliferative effect are very important. In the present article , the proliferation factors of probiotics such as Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and its detection methods are reviewed. These will provide a reference for the development research of proliferation factors and the build of scientific testing methods of the proliferation effect .
