对厚度为16mm与20mm的6082铝合金对搭接接头进行搅拌摩擦焊接试验，结果表明，对搭接接头搅拌摩擦焊接工艺参数可调范围较宽，搅拌头旋转速度在300~600r/min及焊接速度在60~200mm/min条件下，能够获得完整无缺陷的焊接接头。搭接面处于前进侧时，Hook缺陷向上偏转，角度大于90°；搭接面处于后退侧时，Hook缺陷向下偏转，角度小于45°。
대후도위16mm여20mm적6082려합금대탑접접두진행교반마찰한접시험，결과표명，대탑접접두교반마찰한접공예삼수가조범위교관，교반두선전속도재300~600r/min급한접속도재60~200mm/min조건하，능구획득완정무결함적한접접두。탑접면처우전진측시，Hook결함향상편전，각도대우90°；탑접면처우후퇴측시，Hook결함향하편전，각도소우45°。
The butt-overlap joint of 6082 alu-minum alloy by friction stir welding is investigated. The results show that defect-free joint can be obtained using different rotation speeds (300-600r/min) and different welding speeds (60-200mm/min). When the overlap re-gion is in AS, Hook defect delfects towards the weld sur-face with a larger angle (>90°). However, when the overlap region is in RS, Hook defect delfects towards the weld foot with a smaller angle (>45°).
