The current situation and talent demand of coal chemical industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was introduced , and the scientifically rational professional personnel cultivation project was made.It must strengthen the construction of the following two items should be strengthened , including teachers'teams, practice bases , practical teaching , as well as the cultivation of students'knowledge , ability and diathesis , for overall improving talent quality and the high technology and skilled talents in coal chemical industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region development .
