对有机化学研究性教学的实践探讨，我们主要是从以下几个方面进行的。首先，对有机化学教学的现状和有机化学研究性教学的指导思想进行了介绍。其次，阐述了研究性教学的实施方式和研究性教学评价和结果反馈。最后，对有机化学研究性教学的思考进行了说明。通过研究性教学在中职院校有机化学教学中的实践，我们可知，研究性教学对激发学生的学习兴趣和提升教学的质量及对有机化学教学方法的改革具有重要的作用。

The practice of organic chemistry teaching was explored mainly from the following several aspects of introducing the guiding ideology of organic chemistry teaching status and university organic chemistry teaching , expounding the implement method of research -oriented teaching and researching teaching evaluation and feedback the results.The organic chemistry teaching was described.Through practice of research -oriented teaching in the teaching of Organic Chemistry in vocational schools , the research-oriented teaching played an important role in stimulating students'learning interest and improving teaching quality and reforming of organic chemistry teaching method.
