搞好化工专业的毕业设计和毕业论文的教学,是培养研究开发复合型人才的关键环节。本文从毕业论文-设计教学模式、课题选择、教学指导和考评监督体系等方面进行探讨,提出充分利用产学研科研项目,按照因材施教的原则指导教学,通过毕业论文与毕业设计的有机结合和严格而有弹性的考评监督体系,培养学生的研究开发和创新能力。
搞好化工專業的畢業設計和畢業論文的教學,是培養研究開髮複閤型人纔的關鍵環節。本文從畢業論文-設計教學模式、課題選擇、教學指導和攷評鑑督體繫等方麵進行探討,提齣充分利用產學研科研項目,按照因材施教的原則指導教學,通過畢業論文與畢業設計的有機結閤和嚴格而有彈性的攷評鑑督體繫,培養學生的研究開髮和創新能力。

It was an important step of R&D inter -disciplinary talents cultivation to do well in the teaching process of the undergraduate course design and thesis in chemical engineering specialty.The teaching mode of graduation thesis -design, selection of a subject , teaching guidance and assessment and supervision system was discussed , and the new cultivation mode was provided as follows: making the best of research projects of combining learning with research and production , teaching students according to their aptitude , organic combining the graduation design and thesis , and building up rigid and flexible assessment and supervision system , to cultivate the students ’ abilities of research , development and innovation.
