目的:探讨自由力量练习对中老年肥胖患者体质健康的影响。方法选取蚌埠市老年康复医院55~70岁肥胖患者40例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组实施适当的饮食控制,实验组在实施饮食控制的同时进行适当的自由力量练习。8w后观察两组患者实验前、后身体成分、身体机能、身体素质指标的变化情况。实验前实验组和对照组各项指标无统计学差异。结果实验组的BMI、安静心率、舒张压、收缩压、闭目单足站立的改善情况均优于对照组( P<0.05);体重、体脂、体脂%、肺活量、握力、反应时、8-foot up-and-go test、SPPB gait speed time的改善效果更为突出( P<0.01)。结论采取适当的饮食控制同时增加自由力量练习有助于改善老年肥胖患者的体质健康。

Objective To explore the effect of free strength exercises on physical health of obese middle -elderly patients .Methods 40 obese elderly patients aged from 55 to 70 years were selected in Elderly Rehabilitation Hospital of Bengbu City , and they were randomly divided into experimental and control groups .Diet control and properly free strength exercises were performed in experimental group .Index changes of body composition , physical function and physical quality before and after the experiment were observed after 8 w.There was no statistical difference in different index between experimental and control groups before the experiment .Results The improvement of BMI , resting heart rate , diastolic blood pressure , systolic blood pressure and blind stand on single foot in experimental group were better than those in control group(P<0.05);the improvement of body weight, body fat, body fat percentage, vital capacity, grip strength, response time, 8-foot up-and-go test and SPPB gait speed time were even better (P<0.01).Conclusions Adopting proper diet control and meanwhile increas-ing free strength exercises are helpful for improving the physical health of obese elderly patients .
