目的：探讨蒙成药扎冲十三味丸对兔凝血机制的影响。方法选择20只新西兰大白兔为研究对象，给兔灌胃扎冲十三味丸28 d，检测给药前及给药后1h、3h、1d、3d 、5d、7d、14d、21d、28d各时间点兔血中凝血四项指标，并于给药后28d检测血小板聚集率和黏附率，计算血小板聚集率和黏附率抑制率。结果与给药前比较，给药后凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间延长、纤维蛋白原减少，血小板聚集率和黏附率减少。结论扎冲十三味丸通过抗凝、抗血小板聚集和黏附，有抑制凝血作用。
목적：탐토몽성약찰충십삼미환대토응혈궤제적영향。방법선택20지신서란대백토위연구대상，급토관위찰충십삼미환28 d，검측급약전급급약후1h、3h、1d、3d 、5d、7d、14d、21d、28d각시간점토혈중응혈사항지표，병우급약후28d검측혈소판취집솔화점부솔，계산혈소판취집솔화점부솔억제솔。결과여급약전비교，급약후응혈매원시간、응혈매시간、활화부분응혈활매시간연장、섬유단백원감소，혈소판취집솔화점부솔감소。결론찰충십삼미환통과항응、항혈소판취집화점부，유억제응혈작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of Mongolian official drug Zhachong Shisan Wei Pill on blood coagulation mechanism of rabbit.Methods The rabbits were treated with Zhachong Shisan Wei Pill via intragastric administration for 28 days.The four indexes of blood coagulation ,platelet aggregation fraction and adhesion fraction of rabbits'blood before and after the treatment 1 h,3 h,1 d,3 d,5 d, 7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d were detected and its inhibition ratio for the platelet aggregation and adhesion was evaluated.Results The prothrombin time,thrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time of rabbits'blood after the treatment were lengthened while the concentration of blood fibrinogen ,platelet aggregation fraction and adhesion fraction were decreased.Conclusions Zhachong Shisan Wei Pill could inhibit the blood coagulation via anticoagulation and reducing platelet aggregation and adhesion .
