简要介绍直流起动机控制的基本原理,在此基础上提出当前起动机用电磁开关的控制弊端,并设计了新的数字化控制方法。该方法通过DSP和功率MOS实现将电磁开关控制电路中,开关信号部分与大电流的线圈控制部分分开,不仅有效的解决了当前起动机用电磁开关的控制开关过大电流的问题,而且解决了起动机为多种类型时电磁开关的控制问题。同时,该设计还具有控制方法简单,容易实现等特点。实验结果表明,该设计满足控制要求,具有很好的应用推广价值。

The basic control principle of the DC starting motor is introduced in this paper. The weakness of the control cir-cuit of the electromagnetic switch used on the available starting motor is pointed out. A new digitized control circuit is put for-ward. DSP and MOSFET are used in this design to separate the switch signal from high-current coil control section in the control circuit of the electromagnetic switch,which can not only settle the problem that the high current pass through the control switch,but also settle the electromagnetic switch control problem when the starting motor pattern is various. This new control cir-cuit has the characteristic of simple control and is easy to put into effect. The experimental results show that this design can satisfy the design requirements.
