本文设计了以高频趋肤效应为核心的覆铜板定位系统。以TI公司生产的资源丰富、低功耗单片机MSP430F5529为系统主控芯片,覆铜板不同位置对由DDS产生的高频信号的衰减程度不同。覆铜板接触点处衰减信号由AD637检测出其有效值。同时单片机控制继电器切换通道,最后在LCD液晶屏上显示结果。经测试,系统的分辨率可达到6mm并可跟踪画图。

This paper designs a positioning system of copper clad plate based on high-frequency skin effect.Using the MSP430F5529,rich resources and low power consumption produced by TI company,as control ed.The attenuation of high-frequency signal at the different position of Copper is different,which is generated by DDS.The signal can be detected by AD637. Meanwhile,Single chip microcomputer can control relay to switch channels,eventual y,display the results at the LCD screen module.After testing,the result shows that the system can achieve a resolution of 6mm and can trace drawing a circle.
