目的：对比悬吊配合关节松动术与传统治疗对肩关节周围炎的效果。方法：选取我科肩关节周围炎患者40例，分为观察组20例与对照组20例，观察组采取悬吊配合关节松动术治疗，对照组采用传统治疗，分别于治疗1疗程（30天）后评价2组减轻疼痛与受限功能恢复效果。结果：治疗后2组疼痛与受限功能恢复均有一定程度改善，且观察组效果好于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：悬吊配合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎具有较好的止痛与恢复功能效果。
목적：대비현조배합관절송동술여전통치료대견관절주위염적효과。방법：선취아과견관절주위염환자40례，분위관찰조20례여대조조20례，관찰조채취현조배합관절송동술치료，대조조채용전통치료，분별우치료1료정（30천）후평개2조감경동통여수한공능회복효과。결과：치료후2조동통여수한공능회복균유일정정도개선，차관찰조효과호우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론：현조배합관절송동술치료견관절주위염구유교호적지통여회복공능효과。
To compare the suspension with joint mobilization and the effect of traditional treatment around the shoulder joint inflammation.Methods:40 patients with my family around shoulder joint inflammation , divided into the observation group 20 cases and control group 20 cases, observation group suspension with a joint manipulation therapy , the control group with traditional treatment , re-spectively , to treat as a course evaluation in the two groups (30 days) after the relief of pain and limited function recovery effect .Results:Two groups of pain and limited function recovery after treatment were improved to a certain extent , and the effect of observation group was better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Suspension with joint mobilization treatment around the shoulder joint inflammation should have a better analgesic effect and restore function .
