Massive osteolysis, also called Gotham disease, is a kind of progressive focal bone destructive lesions, which is rare in clinic and few cases are reported in literature. We present a case with complete image data over 4 years, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ECT, angiography, and pathological results. The case may help understand imaging ifndings and clinical progress of massive osteolysis.
