从2009年深化医药卫生体制改革以来，妇幼卫生事业成为了公共卫生服务中重要的优先发展的领域，妇女儿童健康指标不仅是国际上公认最基础的健康指标，也是衡量经济社会发展和人类发展的综合性指标。医卫类职业院校如何发挥自已特有的优势，服务社会，为基层培养下得去、用得上、留得住、信得过的实用型妇幼保健人才，是当今卫生职业教育改革和发展的方向。为此，笔者深入妇幼保健机构、城乡社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院进行了调研，查阅了相关资料，进行了一些思考。

Since 2009,the reform of medical and health has been deepening,and maternal and child health has become an important priority areas of public health services.Health in-dicators of women and children are international y recognized as not only the most basic health indicators,but also the comprehensive indicators to measure the economic and social development and the human development.The way in which health vocational col eges play a unique advantage to serve the society,and train practical maternal and child health -care professionals who can be sent out,made proper use,at racted and trusted for the grass roots,is the direction of reform and development of health vocational education today.To this end,the author penetrated the ma-ternal and child health -care institutions,rural and urban community health service centers and rural hospitals for research,consulted relevant information,and did some consideration.
