目的:观察孕期瑜伽预防产后抑郁症的效果。方法将270名产妇随机分为观察组120例和对照组150例,观察组孕20周后按照专业人员编排的孕期瑜伽进行训练,每天一次(在医院内或家里),每次20-30分钟,直至分娩。对照组常规产检直至分娩。由经过培训的主管医师和主管护师进行产后随访(产后2周、产后8周各一次),评价产后抑郁症的发生。结果经过产后随访,观察组产后抑郁症的发病率18.33%,明显低于对照组(34%),P <0.05。结论孕期瑜伽能消除孕妇的身心疲惫与不适,使孕妇精神愉快,减轻精神压力,降低产后抑郁症的发生。

목적:관찰잉기유가예방산후억욱증적효과。방법장270명산부수궤분위관찰조120례화대조조150례,관찰조잉20주후안조전업인원편배적잉기유가진행훈련,매천일차(재의원내혹가리),매차20-30분종,직지분면。대조조상규산검직지분면。유경과배훈적주관의사화주관호사진행산후수방(산후2주、산후8주각일차),평개산후억욱증적발생。결과경과산후수방,관찰조산후억욱증적발병솔18.33%,명현저우대조조(34%),P <0.05。결론잉기유가능소제잉부적신심피비여불괄,사잉부정신유쾌,감경정신압력,강저산후억욱증적발생。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic ef ects of yoga during pregnancy to prevent postpartum depression.Methods:270 women were randomly divided into observation group 120 cases and control group 150 cases.After 20 weeks gestation,observation group proceeded yoga training according to professional choreography once a day (in the hospital or at home),20 to 30 minutes each time,until delivery.The control group did antenatal examination routinely until delivery.The rate of postpartum depression assessed at 2 weeks and 8 weeks.Results:The incidence rate of postpartum depression in the observation group was 18.33% ,significantly lower than the control group (34%),P <0.05.Conclusion:Yoga can eliminate pregnant women's physical and mental fatigue and discomfort ,relieve mental pressure,reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression.
