目的：比较三种拔除方法在下颌近中中位水平阻生牙拔除术中手术时间、术后并发症方面的不同，探讨其优缺点。方法：收集120例下颌近中中位水平阻生牙患者，随机分成3组，每组40例。A 组采用“T”型截冠法，B 组采用三段式横断法，C 组采用传统劈冠法。比较三组拔牙时间，术中断根情况，术后疼痛，肿胀，张口度，第二磨牙术后敏感的发生情况。结果：三组的拔牙时间为 A ＜B ＜C，且差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），A、B 两组术中断根情况，术后疼痛，肿胀，张口度，第二磨牙术后敏感等并发症的发生率比 C 组少，且差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），而 A、B 两组间差异无统计学意义。结论：“T”型截冠法和三段式横断法临床疗效优于传统劈冠法，“T”型截冠法则可明显缩短手术时间。

목적：비교삼충발제방법재하합근중중위수평조생아발제술중수술시간、술후병발증방면적불동，탐토기우결점。방법：수집120례하합근중중위수평조생아환자，수궤분성3조，매조40례。A 조채용“T”형절관법，B 조채용삼단식횡단법，C 조채용전통벽관법。비교삼조발아시간，술중단근정황，술후동통，종창，장구도，제이마아술후민감적발생정황。결과：삼조적발아시간위 A ＜B ＜C，차차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），A、B 량조술중단근정황，술후동통，종창，장구도，제이마아술후민감등병발증적발생솔비 C 조소，차차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），이 A、B 량조간차이무통계학의의。결론：“T”형절관법화삼단식횡단법림상료효우우전통벽관법，“T”형절관법칙가명현축단수술시간。
Objective:To compare operating time and postoperative complications between three methods in the extraction of medial level impacted mandibular third molars.Methods:A total of 120 medial level impacted mandibular third molars to be extracted were randomly assigned to three group:A group were extracted by using T -shade method,B group were extracted by u-sing Three sections method,C group were extracted by using traditional chisel technique.Operating time,root pruning situation,and complications were recorded and compared.Results:The data show that durations of extraction wereA <B <C(P <0.05).In the A,B groups,the root pruning situation were fewer and the cpmplications were milder than the C group(P <0.05).There were no statistical dif erences of the root pruning situation and cpmplications between A and B groups.Conclusion:In the extraction of mandible medial impacted third molar,T -shade method and Three sections method were bet er than the traditional chisel technique.the T -shade method can ef iciently cut down duration of extraction.
