目的：探讨老年急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法：择取我院收治的老年急性心肌梗死患者63例，从饮食护理、心理护理、疼痛护理、用药指导及出院指导等方面进行护理，观察其临床效果。结果：本组患者有59例成功治愈并出院，死亡4例。并发症5例。结论：对老年急性心肌梗死患者进行临床护理具有重要意义，可有效提高临床疗效，降低死亡率，减少并发症。

목적：탐토노년급성심기경사환자적림상호리방법급효과。방법：택취아원수치적노년급성심기경사환자63례，종음식호리、심리호리、동통호리、용약지도급출원지도등방면진행호리，관찰기림상효과。결과：본조환자유59례성공치유병출원，사망4례。병발증5례。결론：대노년급성심기경사환자진행림상호리구유중요의의，가유효제고림상료효，강저사망솔，감소병발증。
objective:to study the clinical nursing of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction,the method and result.Methods:wil pick our hospital 63 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction (mi)from the diet nursing,psychological nursing,pain nursing,medication guidance and discharge guidance for nursing and observe its clinical ef ect.Results:the patients with 59 cases were successful y cured and discharged from the hospital,4 cases died.Complications in 5 cases.Conclusion:the elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction (mi)is of great significance in clinical nursing,which can ef ectively improve the clinical curative ef ect,reduce the mortality rate,reduce the complications.
