采用化学气相沉积的方法,通过调控压强和蒸发温度等条件,制备得到了梳状、超长悬臂和螺旋等形状各异的 ZnO 纳米材料,并对 ZnO 纳米材料的生长机制和动力学特性进行了初步探讨。利用X 射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的结构、形貌和光致发光光谱进行了分析。
採用化學氣相沉積的方法,通過調控壓彊和蒸髮溫度等條件,製備得到瞭梳狀、超長懸臂和螺鏇等形狀各異的 ZnO 納米材料,併對 ZnO 納米材料的生長機製和動力學特性進行瞭初步探討。利用X 射線衍射(XRD)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對樣品的結構、形貌和光緻髮光光譜進行瞭分析。

ZnO nanomaterials with different shapes such as nanocombs,nanobelts with ultralong nanocantilevers and na-nohelices were synthesized by thermal evaporation method.The growth mechanism and dynamics of ZnO nanomaterials were proposed by analyzing the influential factors on the microstructures of the products,such as deposition temperature,deposi-tion time pressure and so on.The obstained ZnO nanomaterials were structurelly and morphologically characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and the room-temperature photoluminescence of ZnO nanostructures were dis-cussed.
