针对钢质薄壁锥形筒体的性能要求，确定纵缝焊接工序为筒体制造过程中的关键工序，现有设备对焊接人员的操作技能和责任心要求较高；因此，本次纵缝焊接设备设计的目标是提高直焊缝的定位精度及重复定位精度，解决产品在焊接过程中的翘边现象，并保证直焊完成后产品的圆度。
針對鋼質薄壁錐形筒體的性能要求，確定縱縫銲接工序為筒體製造過程中的關鍵工序，現有設備對銲接人員的操作技能和責任心要求較高；因此，本次縱縫銲接設備設計的目標是提高直銲縫的定位精度及重複定位精度，解決產品在銲接過程中的翹邊現象，併保證直銲完成後產品的圓度。

Aimed at property requirements of steel made thin-wall conical barrel,confirmed longitudinal seam welding procedure as the key procedure of barrel making,the available equipments have high requirements to operation technique and responsibility of operators,so the target of this longitudinal seam welding machine design is improving positional accuracy and repeated positional accuracy of straight welded joint,solved edge warping phenomena of products in welding procedure, and ensured roundness of products after straight welding.
