针对柔性制造单元中因工序时间不同而产生的加工瓶颈,提出了一种解决方法。首先,根据实际情况制订推导制造单元的约束条件,以约束条件为基础建立对应的数学模型;然后,按照数学模型的算法设计程序流程图,给出实现程序流程的方法;最后,以1个具体实例验证了该数学模型及计算机程序的可行性。该方法在柔性制造单元自身即可实现,使设备使用基本平衡,相对合理,产品制造在时间和成本效益上得到提升,同时也体现了柔性制造单元的灵活性。

According to the processing bottleneck caused by different process time in FMC,a method was proposed to resolve it.Firstly,make constraints conditions according to physical truth in FMC,established the mathematical model of the corresponding in order to constrain conditions based,secondly,designed process flow diagram according to arithmetic of mathematical model,method gives the program flow,finally,it was confirmed to practicable about this mathematical model through a specific example.FMC can solve it’s own through this method,equipment used in the mainly balance,the rela-tively rational,time and cost efficiency is improved of product manufacturing,meanwhile,it reflects flexibility in FMC.
