介绍了一种数控母线冲压机床，阐述了机床的功能及控制系统原理。为了使加工零件图上的几何信息和工艺信息数字化，同时进行相应的运算，根据数控系统的要求，设计了以 PLC 为核心控制器，用触摸屏实现人机交互的控制系统。针对 PLC 控制系统，采用伺服电动机和气动等执行元件对工件进行精确定位并实现多轴联动。根据机床冲孔、压花、母线输送和机械手定位夹紧等功能要求进行了程序开发，使得操作更加安全方便，并且减少了机床制造维护成本，从而缩短了生产准备周期，为企业节省了大量工艺装备费用。

The paper introduced a numerical control generatrix stamping machine,described the function and principle of control system of machine tool.In order to make the process map parts of the geometry information and process informa-tion,and the corresponding operations,according to the requirements of the control system,it’s designed with PLC as the core controller,touch screen to realize man-machine interaction.In view of the PLC control system,using components of servo motor,pneumatic actuators and accurate positioning to achieve multiple axis linkage.According to punching,emboss-ing,busbar transport and positioning manipulator clamping function requirements for program development,making the op-eration more safe and convenient,reduced the cost of machine tool manufacturing and maintenance.So as to shorten the pro-duction cycle,saving a lot of technology and equipment cost for the enterprises.
