半导体装备产业具有技术更新周期很短，市场垄断程度极高，客户关系极其微妙等特征，由此形成了比较独特的发展模式，大致可分为水平整合、生产外包、策略联盟等三种类型。由于行业龙头企业在各自专业装备领域地位牢固，并与既有客户合作关系密切，因此建议我国发展半导体装备制造产业应主要采取策略联盟战略，推动国内晶圆厂、装备商及相关产业共同合作研发装备技术，进一步提升市场占有率。

Semiconductor equipment industry has features such as short technology refresh cycle , high degree of market monopoly, customer relations and other extremely delicate, thus forming a relatively unique model of development, that can be divided into three types of level of integration outsourcing, strategic alliances. Since the industry leaders in their respective fields of professional equipment entrenched and closely cooperate with existing customers, it is recommended that the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry in China’s development should mainly take the strategic alliance strategy to promote co-operation of domestic fabs, equipment manufacturers and related industries, research and development equipment and technology to further enhance its market share.
