目的：研究绿激光汽化术治疗腺性膀胱炎的安全性和可靠性。方法对30例经病理活检证实腺性膀胱炎患者，采用经尿道选择性绿激光汽化术治疗，观察手术时间、出血量、有无闭孔神经反射及术后留置尿管时间、疗效等。结果30例腺性膀胱炎患者均1次汽化成功，无出血及闭孔神经反射。术后均留置尿管1～2d，无需膀胱冲洗，术后3～6个月行膀胱镜检查，见膀胱黏膜修复完整，未见复发。结论选择性绿激光汽化术是治疗腺性膀胱炎的微创、安全、有效的方法。
목적：연구록격광기화술치료선성방광염적안전성화가고성。방법대30례경병리활검증실선성방광염환자，채용경뇨도선택성록격광기화술치료，관찰수술시간、출혈량、유무폐공신경반사급술후류치뇨관시간、료효등。결과30례선성방광염환자균1차기화성공，무출혈급폐공신경반사。술후균류치뇨관1～2d，무수방광충세，술후3～6개월행방광경검사，견방광점막수복완정，미견복발。결론선택성록격광기화술시치료선성방광염적미창、안전、유효적방법。
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of transurethral photoselective vaporization of green‐laser (GPV) in the treatment of cystitis glandularis .Methods A total of 30 cases of cystitis glandularis confirmed by pathological biopsy were treated with GPV .The therapeutic results were evaluated by observing operation time ,blood loss ,obturator nerve reflex ,and catheterization time .Results All cases were cured successfully .No bleeding and no obturator nerve reflex were found .The catheters were indwelt for 1~2 days after operation and there was no need to wash bladders .During the follow‐up of 3~6 months ,urethra cystoscopy found the bladder had restored ;no cystitis or relapse was observed .Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat cystitis glandularis with GPV .
