针对当前高校科技期刊改革形势，从编辑个人经历角度论述了个人危机感的来源，主要包括：对编辑日常工作惰性的担忧、新人竞争带来的压力和对期刊发展的担忧。提出危机感是推动个人和期刊前进的动力，并从提升集体荣誉感、提高并保持工作热情、加强编辑个人素质等方面论述了化危机感为动力的方法。
針對噹前高校科技期刊改革形勢，從編輯箇人經歷角度論述瞭箇人危機感的來源，主要包括：對編輯日常工作惰性的擔憂、新人競爭帶來的壓力和對期刊髮展的擔憂。提齣危機感是推動箇人和期刊前進的動力，併從提升集體榮譽感、提高併保持工作熱情、加彊編輯箇人素質等方麵論述瞭化危機感為動力的方法。

Under the background of sci-tech periodical reform in universities and colleges,the sense of crisis was discussed based on personal experiences of editors,including the anxiety over sluggishness in daily works,pressure from new employee’s competition and the anxiety over periodical’s future. It presented that crisis awareness is the driving force for the development of both individuals and periodicals. In the end,a solution of transferring crisis awareness to the motive power was proposed,including raising the sense of group honor,enhancing and maintain-ing career enthusiasm and improving editors’ personal qualities.
