输尿管上段嵌顿结石需要手术干预，目前多采用经尿道输尿管镜碎石术（URL）、微创经皮肾镜碎石术（mPCNL）以及腹膜后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术（RUL）。由于后二种手术结石清除率高，故作为首选治疗方法。但需根据建立到达结石通道的成功率、碎石或取石的成功率、手术并发症发生率及个体差异等做出合理的选择。
수뇨관상단감돈결석수요수술간예，목전다채용경뇨도수뇨관경쇄석술（URL）、미창경피신경쇄석술（mPCNL）이급복막후복강경수뇨관절개취석술（RUL）。유우후이충수술결석청제솔고，고작위수선치료방법。단수근거건립도체결석통도적성공솔、쇄석혹취석적성공솔、수술병발증발생솔급개체차이등주출합리적선택。
ABSTRACT:Operative intervention is necessary for impacted proximal ureteral stones ,including ureteroscopic lithotripsy , minimal‐invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mPCNL) and retroperitoneal ureterolithotomy (RUL) .At present ,mPCNL and RUL are considered first‐line therapies due to the high stone‐free rate .However ,the most appropriate therapeutic regi‐men should be determined after a thorough evaluation .The success rate of establishing operative channel and removing stones , complication rate and individual differences should be taken into consideration .
