堤防整治是平原区河道治理的常见工程形式,具有土方量大及扰动土地面积大的特点,易造成水土流失。分析了堤防工程施工期及自然恢复期产生水土流失的成因,并结合主体工程区、施工生产生活区、交通道路区、料场区和弃渣场区等不同项目区的划分,提出了水土流失的防治措施。

Dyke engineering is a common form of river engineering project in plain areas. Featured by large earth volume and the involvement of large land areas,the engineering project may easily cause water loss and soil erosion. In the paper,causes of water and soil loss during dyke construction and natural restoration were discussed and rela-tive prevention and control measures were proposed regarding different project areas,including main engineering area,production and living area,traffic routes,stock ground,waste slag area and etc.
