改革开放后，邓小平立足于国内外形势的新变化，提出了区域经济非均衡协调发展思想，主张重点发展东部地区，通过非均衡布局，逐步实现共同富裕。该思想包括“两个大局”的发展方针、共同富裕的发展目标、沿海到内地逐步推进的发展布局、市场机制和政府干预相结合的发展机制四层内涵。新时期要辩证看待这一思想，它对当前缩小地区差距，贯彻和落实科学发展观以及发展中国特色社会主义，具有重要的现实指导意义。
개혁개방후，산소평립족우국내외형세적신변화，제출료구역경제비균형협조발전사상，주장중점발전동부지구，통과비균형포국，축보실현공동부유。해사상포괄“량개대국”적발전방침、공동부유적발전목표、연해도내지축보추진적발전포국、시장궤제화정부간예상결합적발전궤제사층내함。신시기요변증간대저일사상，타대당전축소지구차거，관철화락실과학발전관이급발전중국특색사회주의，구유중요적현실지도의의。
After the reform and opening up , Deng Xiaoping proposed the idea about the unbalanced but coordinated development of regional economy based on the new changes of both domestic and international situation ;he advocated focu-sing on developing the eastern areas , and gradually achieving common prosperity through unbalanced layout .The idea has four connotations including approach to the "two overall"development , the development goal of common prosperity , the de-velopment layout of gradually advancing from the coast to the interior areas , and the development mechanism of combining market mechanisms and government intervention .We have to dialectically view these ideas , because they are still of impor-tant inspiration and practical reference for narrowing the regional gap , carrying out and implementing scientific outlook on development and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics .
