对云南某磷尾矿进行了物相和成分分析,针对其 SiO2含量较高的特点,以碳酸钠为熔剂提取磷尾矿中的SiO2,再以反应制得的硅酸钠母液为原料通过化学沉淀法制备了超细 SiO2,考察了 SiO2提取条件和超细 SiO2制备条件。确定最优的 SiO2提取条件为:煅烧温度850℃、投料比1.6∶1、煅烧时间10 min;超细 SiO2制备条件为:终点 pH=7、盐酸浓度1 mol·L-1、表面活性剂 CTAB 添加量0.94%。用 XRF、XRD、BET、激光粒度仪、FTIR 对产品进行了表征,所得超细 SiO2是非晶态物质,D 50=120 nm、比表面积652.1866 m2·g-1、纯度99.05%。

The phase and composition of Yunnan phosphate tailings were analyzed.According to the charac-teristics of high concentration of SiO2 ,SiO2 was extracted from phosphate tailings using sodium carbonate as flux,and then ultrafine SiO2 was prepared by chemical precipitation method using mother liquor of sodium sili-cate as raw material.The SiO2 extraction conditions and ultrafine SiO2 preparation conditions were studied.Op-timal SiO2 extraction conditions were as follows:calcining temperature of 850 ℃,material ratio of 1.6∶1,calci-ning time of 10 min.Optimal ultrafine SiO2 preparation conditions were as follows:terminal pH value of 7,con-centration of hydrochloric acid of 1 mol·L-1 ,dosage of surfactant CTAB of 0.94%.The product was charac-terized by XRF,XRD,BET,laser particle size analyzer and FTIR.The ultrafine SiO2 with 99.05% of purity was amorphous substance,D 50 =120 nm,the specific surface area was 652.1866 m2 ·g-1 .
