简要介绍了3种典型炼厂难降解废水(反渗透浓水、电脱盐废水、循环水厂排污水)的水质特点及危害,分析了炼厂难降解废水的处理现状,提出了将炼厂难降解废水与石油焦共成浆用于 POX 气化的工艺,以实现其资源化利用的新方法。

The characteristics and harms of three typical refinery refractory wastewater including RO con-centrated water,electric desalting wastewater,sewage of circulating water were briefly introduced.The treat-ment status of the refinery refractory wastewater was analyzed.A new method of the refinery refractory wastewater pulped with the refinery coke and applied to the POX gasification process to realize the resource uti-lization was proposed.
