依据最新修正的《消费者权益保护法》,消费者在向虚假广告的经营者依法追究责任时,亦可要求虚假广告的代言明星承担连带责任。文章通过检视我国现行法律制度存在的缺陷,探讨完善明星代言虚假广告应承担连带责任的路向,希冀能更有效地维护消费者合法权益。
依據最新脩正的《消費者權益保護法》,消費者在嚮虛假廣告的經營者依法追究責任時,亦可要求虛假廣告的代言明星承擔連帶責任。文章通過檢視我國現行法律製度存在的缺陷,探討完善明星代言虛假廣告應承擔連帶責任的路嚮,希冀能更有效地維護消費者閤法權益。

According to the latest “Laws on Protection of the Rights and interests of Con-sumers”,consumers can ask the celebrities who performed for advertising to bear joint liability when they sue the merchants .By discussing the inadequacies in current laws ,it is suggested to improve the clauses about the joint liability that celebrities in adverting should bear .Hopefully, consumers ’ rights and interests will be more efficiently protected .
