媒体采访监所制度是言论自由的自然延伸，媒体采访监所来源于公民知情权与政府信息公开义务，媒体采访监所是保障被羁押者人权的内在要求。我国媒体采访监所制度取得了巨大的成就，但是也存在一些问题，主要表现在：媒体采访监所的法律法规存在滞后性，监所对监所采访持消极态度，媒体采访报道忽视保障被监管人员的权利。将来，我国媒体采访监所应当规范化，确立既有利于保护公共安全和良好秩序，又有利于保护被羁押人权利的媒体采访监狱的制度，要对采访的审批，采访的主体和对象，采访的时间、地点和次数，采访时携带的设备，对采访过程的监督等问题予以明确规定。

Prison media interview system is a natural extension of freedom of speech,Prison media inter-view is derived from the citizens'right to know and the government information disclosure obligations,Prison media interview is the inherent requirement of detainees’human right.Prison media interview system in China has obtained great achievement,but there are some problems,mainly display in:the prison media interview law and regulations are lag behind,prison holds negative attitude on prison media interview and some media reports ignore the rights of regulators.In the future,our country’s prison media interview should be standardized,es-tablishing to protect public safety and good order,and to help protect detainees’rights.At the same time,ex-amination and approval of interview,the subject and object of interview,time,place and frequency of interview, equipment of interview and the problem such as the supervision of the interview process shall be specified.
