作为中国最古老的摇滚乐，华阴老腔近年来蜚声海内外。从一个濒临消亡的地方戏到作为非物质文化遗产被重点保护，华阴老腔形成了独特的文化传播模式。在政府扶植、媒体宣传等因素的作用下，老腔取得了一定的社会影响，然而其发展前景与传承情况尚不乐观。本文以华阴老腔戏班组织为主要研究对象，采用田“调查的方法，对华阴老腔文化的传播与传承情况进行分析和讨论。

As the oldest rock music in China,the old tune,which finds its original form in Huayin,a city in Shaanxi province,northwest in China,has earned extraordinary reputation overseas in recent years.The old tune formed a unique mode of culture communication within the process of being protected as the intangible cul-tural heritage from the edge of extinction.Combined with the result of government support and the effect of mass media,the old tune induced certain social impact,but neither its prospects nor its inheritance is optimistic. Seeing the old tune troupe as the object,this study mainly focuses on the communication and inheritance of the old tune,with the help of fieldwork.
