针对传统机械安全起爆系统的可靠性计算方法不能适用于电子安全起爆系统的问题,提出次数折合时间的电子安全起爆系统可靠性计算方法。该方法以环境系数确定环境因子,将累计等效工作时间折合为累计等效工作次数,再按照类推的工作次数指数模型计算得到电子安全起爆系统的可靠度单侧置信下限。通过数据计算比较,无故障工作次数增加,可靠性提高,证明方法有效。
針對傳統機械安全起爆繫統的可靠性計算方法不能適用于電子安全起爆繫統的問題,提齣次數摺閤時間的電子安全起爆繫統可靠性計算方法。該方法以環境繫數確定環境因子,將纍計等效工作時間摺閤為纍計等效工作次數,再按照類推的工作次數指數模型計算得到電子安全起爆繫統的可靠度單側置信下限。通過數據計算比較,無故障工作次數增加,可靠性提高,證明方法有效。

The method for calculating the reliability of traditional mechanical safety detonating system is not suitable for electronic safety and arming devices(ESAD)reliability calculation.This paper proposed a method to calculate the reliability of ESAD by using system operation times.By this method,the environmental factors were determined,the cumulative equivalent working time was converted into equivalent operation times,and then followed the operation times exponential model,the one-sided lower confidence limit of reliability of elec-tronic security initiation system was obtained.By comparing data calculations,the method could get more datas, and was more reliable.
