针对子弹药引信“三自”和电源小体积的要求,提出了一种基座式发电机。该发电机利用引信体和弹体的相对旋转产生电能,为子弹药引信供电。通过理论分析探讨了发电机的基本电磁关系,确定了基座式发电机的主要设计参数。运用电磁分析软件 Magnet进行仿真,得到了感应电动势波形。加工了基座式发电机主要构件并装配成原理样机进行测试。理论分析和实验结果表明,基座式发电机输出比较理想,能够满足子弹药引信的电能需求。
針對子彈藥引信“三自”和電源小體積的要求,提齣瞭一種基座式髮電機。該髮電機利用引信體和彈體的相對鏇轉產生電能,為子彈藥引信供電。通過理論分析探討瞭髮電機的基本電磁關繫,確定瞭基座式髮電機的主要設計參數。運用電磁分析軟件 Magnet進行倣真,得到瞭感應電動勢波形。加工瞭基座式髮電機主要構件併裝配成原理樣機進行測試。理論分析和實驗結果錶明,基座式髮電機輸齣比較理想,能夠滿足子彈藥引信的電能需求。

A pedestal generator was proposed to meet the demands of the small size and special function of sub-munition fuze.The generator used the relative rotation to produce energy.The formulas for induced electromo-tive force (EMF)were given by theoretical analysis and main design parameters of the pedestal generator were determined.Numerical simulation was used to analyze the induced EMF.The main components of the pedestal generator for processing and assembly into prototype testing. Theoretical analysis and experiment results showed that the output of pedestal generator could meet the power demands of the submunitions fuze.
