针对目前空间分辨率低和探测点数少的问题,设计了高分辨率多点自动化探测系统。该系统采用一个特制的光纤阵列探针,使空间分辨率提高到0.125 mm;采用两个光开关,利用光开关通道的切换,使探测点数增加到10个;利用 LabVIEW编程控制实现了自动化探测。仿真验证表明,对介质表面0.125~1.25 mm漫反射光信号的探测实验结果与数值模拟结果吻合较好,验证了探测系统的可靠性。

Spatial resolution and number of measuring point influence the inverting precision of optical property directly from the experimental diffuse reflectance.To increase spatial resolution and number of measuring point, a high-resolution and multipoint detection system was designed.A special optical fiber array probe was em-ployed.Its spatial resolution is 0.125 mm.Two optical switches were used to switch the optical channels and the number of measuring points was increased up to 10.Diffuse reflectance could be detected automatically con-trolled by LABVIEW program.The system was proved to be reliable by comparing the experimental result of diffuse reflectance microzones from 0.125mm to 1.25 mm with that of numerical simulation.
