针对目前国内现有的预应力固井实心地锚主要应用于直井,不能应用于水平井的现状,研制了水平井空心地锚,用以解决稠油热采水平井在注蒸汽开发过程中出现的井口抬升、井口冒油冒汽等问题。该水平井空心地锚在使用时串接在稠油热采水平井完井管串之中,与筛管顶部注水泥工艺配合,进行提拉预应力作业,不影响目前的钻井固井及后期采油作业工序,且不会影响大井斜段的固井质量。介绍了该地锚的结构、工作原理、性能特点以及技术指标,并对该地锚的锚爪进行了应力分析以及室内抗拉试验,达到了设计指标。该水平井地锚研制成功后,已在胜利油田新春采油厂成功应用,应用效果良好。

In view of the fact that the prestressed solid anchor for cementing now available in domestic market is mainly used in vertical wells and can not be used in horizontal wells, a hollow ground anchor has been developed for horizontal well, used to address the problems such as wellhead lift and oil/gas escaping from wellhead, during steam injection in horizontal wells for heavy oil thermal recovery. This hollow ground anchor for horizontal well is connected onto the completion string in horizontal wells for heavy oil ther-mal recovery, which combines with the technology of cement displacement technology on the top of screen tube to carry out lifting and prestressed operation. This will not affect the drilling and cementing and subsequent oil production sequence, and also will not affect the cementing quality in large deviated sections. This paper presents the structure, working principle, performance characteristics and technical speciifcations of this ground anchor;and stress analysis and indoor tensile test were conducted to the ground anchor lfukes, which were all up to the designed indicators. After the successful development of this ground anchor, it has been successfully used with good effectiveness in Xinchun Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilifeld.
