【目的】筛选长柱沙参(A denophora stenanthina)中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制.【方法】采用α-葡萄糖苷酶活性抑制模型对长柱沙参不同提取物进行筛选.【结果】在样品浓度为1.25mg /mL 时,水提取物、水提醇沉部分、正丁醇萃取部分、乙酸乙酯萃取部分、乙醇提取物、石油醚萃取部分的酶活性抑制率分别为86.39%、73.19%、66.66%、62.81%、55.66%、40.99%.【结论】长柱沙参不同提取物都能抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,其中水提取物的酶活性抑制率最高.

【목적】사선장주사삼(A denophora stenanthina)중α-포도당감매억제.【방법】채용α-포도당감매활성억제모형대장주사삼불동제취물진행사선.【결과】재양품농도위1.25mg /mL 시,수제취물、수제순침부분、정정순췌취부분、을산을지췌취부분、을순제취물、석유미췌취부분적매활성억제솔분별위86.39%、73.19%、66.66%、62.81%、55.66%、40.99%.【결론】장주사삼불동제취물도능억제α-포도당감매활성,기중수제취물적매활성억제솔최고.
Objective] To screen α-glucosidase inhibitor from A denophora stenanthina. [Methods] To screen the inhibitor from the different extracts of A denophora stenanthina by using the enzyme-inhibitor model of α-glucosidase. [Results]The sample concentration was 1.25mg/ml ,the enzyme-inhibitor rates ofα-glucosidase from different extracts were 86.39% 、73.19% 、66.66% 、62.81% 、55.66% 、40.99% ,respec-tively. [Conclusion] The different extracts could inhibit theα-glucosidase activity ,enzyme-inhibitor rate of water extract was highest.
