本文以高铅低锑多金属硫化矿为原料,经氯化浸取、加水水解、加氨中和脱氯等过程,并通过 XRD 测试分析,得到产品附加值较高的立方晶型锑白,符合 GB4062-2002要求。解决了高铅低锑多金属硫化矿湿法制备锑白的技术工艺,与火法冶炼相比,消除了二氧化硫污染,提高资源综合利用率,多种有价元素得到综合利用,并推动锑产品向深加工方向发展。
本文以高鉛低銻多金屬硫化礦為原料,經氯化浸取、加水水解、加氨中和脫氯等過程,併通過 XRD 測試分析,得到產品附加值較高的立方晶型銻白,符閤 GB4062-2002要求。解決瞭高鉛低銻多金屬硫化礦濕法製備銻白的技術工藝,與火法冶煉相比,消除瞭二氧化硫汙染,提高資源綜閤利用率,多種有價元素得到綜閤利用,併推動銻產品嚮深加工方嚮髮展。
본문이고연저제다금속류화광위원료,경록화침취、가수수해、가안중화탈록등과정,병통과 XRD 측시분석,득도산품부가치교고적립방정형제백,부합 GB4062-2002요구。해결료고연저제다금속류화광습법제비제백적기술공예,여화법야련상비,소제료이양화류오염,제고자원종합이용솔,다충유개원소득도종합이용,병추동제산품향심가공방향발전。
The cubic crystalline antimony white can be prepared from the lead rich-antimony low multi-metal sulphide ore by the process of leaching with chloration-hydrolysis-neutralization with ammonia wa-ter ,and the added value of antimony product is increased. The cubic crystalline antimony white can be confirmed by XRD method. The quality of antimony white obtained by this method corresponds to GB4062- 2002 of the People’s Republic of China. The cubic crystalline antimony white can be prepared by the hy-drometallurgy technology ,compared with the dry metallurgy ,sulfur dioxide pollution is eliminated ,the u-tilization rate of resources is improved ,comprehensive many kinds of valuable elements is got comprehen-sive utilization ,and antimony products will develop in the direction of deep processing.
