以“协同理论”为基础,在分析和验证区域产业升级发展所受到人力资源的因素影响、高职教育专业设置对区域人力资源及区域产业经济发展影响的基础上,通过对珠海、中山、江门三市实地调查、统计表资料分析和回归方法分析等研究方法,构建、测试并检验了高职教育专业设置、产业人力资源需求与产业经济的拟合度模型。
以“協同理論”為基礎,在分析和驗證區域產業升級髮展所受到人力資源的因素影響、高職教育專業設置對區域人力資源及區域產業經濟髮展影響的基礎上,通過對珠海、中山、江門三市實地調查、統計錶資料分析和迴歸方法分析等研究方法,構建、測試併檢驗瞭高職教育專業設置、產業人力資源需求與產業經濟的擬閤度模型。

On the basis of the concept of “Synergy Theory”, this paper has analyzed and verified the effects of human resources on local industrial structure scale-ups, and the effects of professional settings in higher vocational education on both local human resources and local industrial structure scale-ups. Through developing a field research on the cases of “Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Jiangmen”, this paper has analyzed statistic data by utilizing regression analysis as the research method, and also has examined and established a fitting model that links professional settings in higher vocational education, industrial HR demands with industrial structure.
