Jiefukang Lotion%Thin-layer chromatography%Identification
目的：建立蒙药洁妇康洗剂的薄层鉴别方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别该处方中苦参、关黄柏、栀子、诃子。结果：检出了该处方中苦参代表性化学成分苦参碱和氧化苦参碱、关黄柏的小檗碱、栀子的栀子苷和诃子的没食子酸，色谱分离好，斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。结论：该方法简便快捷，具有较好的专属性和重复性，可用于洁妇康洗剂质量的定性控制。
目的：建立矇藥潔婦康洗劑的薄層鑒彆方法。方法：採用薄層色譜法鑒彆該處方中苦參、關黃柏、梔子、訶子。結果：檢齣瞭該處方中苦參代錶性化學成分苦參堿和氧化苦參堿、關黃柏的小檗堿、梔子的梔子苷和訶子的沒食子痠，色譜分離好，斑點清晰，陰性對照無榦擾。結論：該方法簡便快捷，具有較好的專屬性和重複性，可用于潔婦康洗劑質量的定性控製。
목적：건립몽약길부강세제적박층감별방법。방법：채용박층색보법감별해처방중고삼、관황백、치자、가자。결과：검출료해처방중고삼대표성화학성분고삼감화양화고삼감、관황백적소벽감、치자적치자감화가자적몰식자산，색보분리호，반점청석，음성대조무간우。결론：해방법간편쾌첩，구유교호적전속성화중복성，가용우길부강세제질량적정성공제。
Objective:To establish the identification method of Jiefukang lotion. Methods:Sophorae flavescentis Ra-dix, Phellodendri amurensis Cortex, Gardeniae Fructus, Chebulae Fructus in the formula were identified by TLC. Re-sults:The characteristic spots of matrine and oxymatrine in the Sophorae flavescentis Radix, berberine in the Phello-dendri amurensis Cortex, geniposide in the Gardeniae Fructus, gallic acid in the Chebulae Fructus were detected. The TLC spots were clear and well-separated, and the negative control showed no interference. Conclusion: Since the method is simple and convenient, and has good specificity and reproducibility, it can be used as the qualitative quality control of Jiefukang cotion.
