2013年,在内蒙古民族大学的,用Na2SO4(A)、NaCI(B)、Na2CO3(C)、NaHCO3(D)四种盐配成混盐(两两混合,盐分比例为1:1、1:2、2:1),与试验地所取的壤土混合均匀,装入营养钵,并种植大麦,观察不同盐分组成及含量对株高、主根长以及根数的影响.结果表明:不同含盐量的壤土对大麦株高、主根长均有影响,且随着含盐量的增加,大麦株高降低,主根长缩短.不同盐分组成的以混盐Na2SO4+NaCI(2:1)影响最轻,以单盐Na2CO3影响最重.对主根长的影响:含盐量0.00%、0.10%、0.50%的土壤影响很小,含盐量1.00%、1.50%、2.00%的土壤影响较大,且与对株高的影响呈相同趋势,浓度越高,株高越低,与0.00%相比,降低了50.00%.而不同盐分组成、不同含盐量的土壤对根数均无明显的影响.

2013,Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities in greenhouses,with Na2SO4(A),NaCI(B),Na2CO3(C),NaH-CO3(D)dubbed the four salt mixed salt(pairwise mixed salt ratio of 1:1, 2,2:1)to test Daejeon loam-based soil and planting barley seedlings, the effects of different salinity effects on plant height, root length and root of the number of components. Through trial found that different salinity loam affects both barley plant height, root length, root number, and with the increase of salt content, the impact increases. Composed of different salt to mix salt Na2SO4+NaCI(2:1) affect the lightest to the heaviest single salt Na2CO3 impact. Impact on the long taproot:salinity 0.00%, 0.10%, 0.50%soil affect small salt content of 1.00%, 1.50%, 2.00%of the soil greater impact and influence on plant height and same trend the higher the concentration, the lower the height, compared with 0.00%, 50.00%lower. Different salt composed of different textures on different soil salinity had no significant effect on root number.
