调查发现，当代青年关注社会大局，重视道德规范，对政府工作态度评价较高，但其创业意愿较低，对收入分配持负面印象，且认为生活环境欠缺安全。因此，要引导青年认识到社会理想实现过程是前进性与曲折性的辩证运动过程，从青年自治和社会环境重构青年道德体系出发，发挥群团组织在促进青年就业方面的作用，并监测青年舆情，以促进社会和谐发展。
조사발현，당대청년관주사회대국，중시도덕규범，대정부공작태도평개교고，단기창업의원교저，대수입분배지부면인상，차인위생활배경흠결안전。인차，요인도청년인식도사회이상실현과정시전진성여곡절성적변증운동과정，종청년자치화사회배경중구청년도덕체계출발，발휘군단조직재촉진청년취업방면적작용，병감측청년여정，이촉진사회화해발전。
Based on the survey,the research gets the following findings:The contemporary youths paid close attention to social situation;They attached importance to ethics;They spoke highly of government working attitude. But their en-trepreneurial intention was low,they had a negative impression of the income distribution and thought living environ-ment is lack of security. Thus,the enlightenments are following:To guide the youths to realize that social ideal imple-mentation process is the dialectical movement of forward and twists;To reconstruct youths′ moral system from youth autonomy and social environment;To play a role of the mass and the communist youth league organizations in promo-ting youth employment;To monitor youth public sentiment in order to promote the harmonious development of socie-ty.
