实验以硼酸铵和三聚氰胺为原料,考察了反应原料配比,反应物总浓度对湿化学法制备氮化硼前驱体的影响,确定了制备前驱体的适宜原料配比是n(C3N6H6):n(NH4HB4O7·3H2O)=1:1,总浓度为0.5mol/L;并通过FT-IR、XRD、化学分析、元素分析和SEM等方法对前驱体进行了表征,研究结果表明:该方法制备的氮化硼前驱体是通过分子间氢键形成的组成为C3N6H6·2H3BO3的超分子棒状加合物,在空气气氛中950℃下高温培烧4h能得到晶化程度良好的六方氮化硼粉体.

A kind of boron nitride precursor was prepared by a wet chemical approach using ammonium meta-borate and melamine as raw material. To get an insight into the synthesis process of boron nitride precursor, the effects of melamine to ammonium meta-borate molar ratio and the total concentration of solution were respectively investigated. The results showed that a better precursor was synthesized by making use of the molar ratio of 1:1 for the melamine and ammonium meta-borate and the total solution concentration of 0.5 mol/L for the reactants. The precursor were charac-terized by FT-IR, XRD, chemical composition, element analyze and SEM analyses, and the analysis results indicat-ed that the precursor was a supramolecular adduct formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and the morphology of pre-cursor that was determined the molecular composition of C3N6H6·2H3BO3 exhibits a rod-like crystals. Then the synthet-ic precursor was treated at 950℃for 4h in the air to yield good crystals of hexagonal boron nitride powder .
