本文在高校班级考核体系的现状研究的基础上,引入企业目标管理理论,在班级考评体系构建中加以科学运用,力求以班级目标为导向、班级成员为中心、班级成果为标准,明确班级考核指标,动态量化指标权重,推广实施双向反馈机制,构建科学化的班级考评体系。
本文在高校班級攷覈體繫的現狀研究的基礎上,引入企業目標管理理論,在班級攷評體繫構建中加以科學運用,力求以班級目標為導嚮、班級成員為中心、班級成果為標準,明確班級攷覈指標,動態量化指標權重,推廣實施雙嚮反饋機製,構建科學化的班級攷評體繫。
본문재고교반급고핵체계적현상연구적기출상,인입기업목표관리이론,재반급고평체계구건중가이과학운용,력구이반급목표위도향、반급성원위중심、반급성과위표준,명학반급고핵지표,동태양화지표권중,추엄실시쌍향반궤궤제,구건과학화적반급고평체계。
Based on a study of the present situation of class evaluation in colleges and universities ,this paper suggests to scientifically apply the enterprise management theory “Management by Objectives”(MBO) in the building of a scientific class evaluation system that is oriented towards the objectives of the class ,centered around its members ,and measured by its achievements ,with clearly defined as-sessment indicators ,dynamic quantitative index weight and bi -directional feedback .
