本研究以近20年国内出版的关于“高校辅导员素质”的期刊论文为对象，以内容分析为主要研究方法，对论文数量、研究人员情况、论文所属研究项目、研究类型及论文主体内容进行了编码统计。结果显示相关领域研究数量有限，研究质量有待提高，定性研究为主，定量研究不足，研究成果有限，研究影响有待扩大。
본연구이근20년국내출판적관우“고교보도원소질”적기간논문위대상，이내용분석위주요연구방법，대논문수량、연구인원정황、논문소속연구항목、연구류형급논문주체내용진행료편마통계。결과현시상관영역연구수량유한，연구질량유대제고，정성연구위주，정량연구불족，연구성과유한，연구영향유대확대。
T his paper studies journal articles on college advisors'quality published in the past 20 years . Focusing on content analysis ,the paper also provides coding statistics of the number of the articles , the research w riters ,the projects ,the types and the subject matters .It reveals that the above-men-tioned journal articles are limited in number and less than high in quality .T hey are mainly qualitative researches ,giving only inadequate consideration to the quantitative method ,and naturally the results are limited in both scope and influence .
