话语是高校辅导员开展思想教育工作的媒介和手段。本文对自媒体时代高校辅导员话语权进行理论解读，研究高校辅导员与大学生话语权运行机制，阐述高校辅导员面临知识失语、公信力失语、角色失语、理性力量失语等困境，并提出高校辅导员话语权重塑的策略选择。

College advisors conduct ideological education through their discourse .This paper first gives a theoretical interpretation of college advisors'discourse power ,examines the operating mechanisms for advisors'and college students'rights of speech ,and discusses how to rebuild advisors'discourse power in the face of knowledge aphasia ,credibility aphasia ,role aphasia and rational power aphasia .
