根据现有聚羧酸减水剂反应器的缺陷进行了创新研制,开发了一种新型聚羧酸减水剂反应系统。该系统可提高物料100%的扩散速度,物相能够按照设定摩尔比反应,减少了副反应的发生;通过水平机械搅拌和竖直泵送物料的双向循环系统,增大物料分子间碰撞的机率,增加了物料的分散性,使物料可以更快的反应;缩短了大单体的溶解时间和物料反应时间,总共节约22.86%的生产时间;同时,保证了产品的综合性能。

This paper developed a polycarboxylate response system based on the problems which existing in the reac-tion system of polycarboxylate.This new system of polycarboxylate can increase the homogenized rate of 100% of the material,which enabling phase molar ratio can be set in accordance with reduced side effects.Molecule of material greatly increases the probability of collisions,which increase the dispersibility of the material,so that the material can be a faster response.This polycarboxylate response system reducing the dissolved time of macro monomer and the reac-tion time of the material,compared to the general reaction vessel,a total of 22.86% of the time has been shortened,at the same time,achieving better response and ensuring sufficient material for better protection of reacting the purpose is also to ensure that the overall performance of the product.
